REFUND & RETURN POLICY 

Returns

Our policy is valid for 5 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 5 working days have passed after your purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It has to be in its original box as well.
There are a few items that are excluded from being returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are perishable items that cannot be returned. Intimate or sanitary goods, dangerous objects, and flammable substances or gases are also not accepted.

 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not return your product to the retailer.

 

Only partial reimbursements are available in some circumstances (if applicable)

- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 5 working days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined to advise you that we have received your returned item.

We'll  also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are authorised, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be given to your credit card or original

mode of payment within a set number of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


Then call your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear on your account.
After then, get in touch with your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.

Gifts


You'll get a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was labelled as a gift when purchased and sent straight to you. A gift voucher will be issued to you after the returned item has been received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Shipping
To return your merchandise, ship it to Suria Jelutong Service Building, 10G Suria Jelutong,

Jalan Bazar U8/99, 40150 Shah Alam SGR, Malaysia.

You will be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with returning your goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you get one.


The time it takes for your returned merchandise to reach you will vary depending on where you reside.
If you're shipping something worth more than RM100, you should use a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance. We can't promise that we'll get your returned item.

Return: 4 working days after Argania HQ received back returned product/s with good condition.
